Green Poem

Today we made another colour poem.

I used the same colour as the last one and some of the same images.

I actually did not mind doing this. It was fun gathering the images 

The only thing I disliked was thinking of a colour and what I could use.

I really liked recording the videos.

Simile Writing

 

WALT: Create a simile writing.

Today we created a simile writing. We had think of a family member and compare it to an objects. We did 5-6 lines and afterwards put 'em on slides. We/I decorated and had fun with images. 

I liked playing with the images of the owls and my sister the most.

What family member would you chose?

Bubble art

WALT: Make an image about your lockdown.

Today (as the walt says) we made an image about our lockdown.

We downloaded an image of bubbles and then went on google drawings. We gathered images that are related to what we did during lockdown. We put them together and finished. 

I really liked gathering all the images.

What would you put in the bubbles?

Matariki

 

WALT: Make a Matariki animation on Google slides.

Yesterday we started to make a Matariki animation using google slides. We watched videos and learnt about all the stars and what they mean. We then started the animation. We started by making a background that we would copy and paste a lot and started making props like the sun stars and all. We then went through the process of slowly moving the props until we finished. 

The one thing I found challenging was trying to keep my stars in my animation as close as the real constellation.

Diamante

 

WALT:Make an antonym diamante poem.

Yesterday we made a antonym diamante poem .

We thought about something then thought of the exact opposite. We put them in the poem and started writing. We later put the poems on google slides. We put some artistic ability in the poem and then finished up.

The hardest part of this work was probably thinking of the poem. It was hard thinking of a nouns, adjectives, verbs and then making them the opposite.

Biography

Martin Luther King Biography 

Not long ago we started a biography on any famous person. As you can see I chose Martin Luther King Jr because I found his life really interesting. We had a piece of paper that we put all of our research on that we would later put on google slides. We would have different parts of the biography (being early life, adult life, etc) I found doing all of the research the hardest thing but it was still fun doing it.
