Matariki

 

WALT: Make a Matariki animation on Google slides.

Yesterday we started to make a Matariki animation using google slides. We watched videos and learnt about all the stars and what they mean. We then started the animation. We started by making a background that we would copy and paste a lot and started making props like the sun stars and all. We then went through the process of slowly moving the props until we finished. 

The one thing I found challenging was trying to keep my stars in my animation as close as the real constellation.

WALT:Make an antonym diamante poem.

Yesterday we made a antonym diamante poem .

We thought about something then thought of the exact opposite. We put them in the poem and started writing. We later put the poems on google slides. We put some artistic ability in the poem and then finished up.

The hardest part of this work was probably thinking of the poem. It was hard thinking of a nouns, adjectives, verbs and then making them the opposite.

Biography

Martin Luther King Biography 

Not long ago we started a biography on any famous person. As you can see I chose Martin Luther King Jr because I found his life really interesting. We had a piece of paper that we put all of our research on that we would later put on google slides. We would have different parts of the biography (being early life, adult life, etc) I found doing all of the research the hardest thing but it was still fun doing it.  

Who would you do a biography on?

My Green World

Recently we read over a poem type writing on a colour that would be cool to live in a world made out of that colour. We read through the writing and started writing our own little piece of writing. We went through different objects and foods that are the same colour as our colour that we chose. I found writing the piece the most challenging part of this work because I had to think of all the different green things and then put them into the words while trying to make it make sense. I chose green because it seems to make more sense then other colours because there are many green objects that could be used.

My Blog Stats

 Today we made a chart on our amount of blog posts across the months.

We went through and made a chart on google sheets later putting it on google drawings.

We then analysed our stats and that is what we have above. 

As you can see I am not the biggest poster and my average is mostly 2 or 0.
